SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst
Location: Galway (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 remote)
Type: Permanent
Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 base + benefits

The Role
An opportunity to join a global pharmaceutical leader during a major digital transformation. As the SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst, you’ll act as the critical link between Supply Chain operations and IT — driving ERP delivery, process optimisation, and data governance across procurement, logistics, and planning.

Key Focus

• Partner with business teams to define, document, and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions that enhance supply chain performance

• Lead process analysis and improvement across ERP, data migration, and integration streams

• Support data cleansing, validation, and governance initiatives pre- and post-migration

• Act as key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners

• Manage smaller projects independently, supporting design, testing, and adoption of new tools and processes

• Champion continuous improvement and scalable digital practices across the business

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar supply chain systems role

• SAP S/4HANA (or equivalent ERP) implementation experience essential

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes — procurement, planning, inventory, logistics

• Confident working across both business and technical domains

• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills

• Degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related discipline

• Experience in pharma/life sciences and knowledge of GxP or validation frameworks desirable
